Basic cooking class

  • In this two and a half hour course you will learn how to make six delicious Indian dishes. This course is great for those who are beginners in the kitchen or beginners to cooking Indian style food. You will learn how to use spices to enhance any vegetable or dish you make, and how to grind your own spice mixes. We will eat all together Indian style after cooking and you will take home your own E-recipe book.
Vegan and vegetarian cooking workshop or Beginners workshop

  • In this three hour course you will learn how to make nine delicious Indian dishes. This course specialises in using organic, fresh food to create tasty vegan meals which are good for your body and soul. We love cooking vegan food and have many so recipes for you to choose from, so don’t be shy about telling us what you like to eat. We will eat all together Indian style after cooking and you will take home your own recipe book.
Ayurvedic Class specialising in Gut Health

  • Timing Morning 11am to 3pm. Evening 5pm to 9pm
  • In this four hour course you will learn ancient Ayurvedic theory and how to make ten delicious Indian dishes. This course will include an individual consultation with an Ayurvedic expert who will determine your dosha (body/mind type) and teach you the best way to eat and cook for your body. You will learn tips and tricks on how to best find health according to your dosha as well as any health issues you may be currently struggling with. We will teach you ancient theory on how to have a healthy microbiome (gut) and to balance your doshas. You will learn how to use spices and cooking techniques to be able to more easily and efficiently digest your food and assimilate it’s nutrients for long term health. We will eat all together Indian style after cooking and you will take home your own recipe book.
